Hi, I’m Kyrsten Bowen, your National Accounts Director here at Re-Bath — welcome to a company where excellence is the standard, growth is the expectation, and your best days are ahead of you!

I’ve been with Re-Bath for 9 years now, and this company truly holds a special place in my heart. I started out as a lead setter — learning the business from the ground up — and over the years worked my way up to where I am today, leading a team of 30 across 3 states. That path taught me so much about what it takes to succeed at every level, and I carry those lessons with me every single day.

My passion lies in building strong, connected teams and creating systems that just work — whether that’s streamlining processes, building out automations, or finding smarter ways to get things done so you can focus on what matters most.

I believe the best ideas come from the people doing the work, so I want this to be a space where your voice is always welcome. Got a suggestion? Bring it. A concern? Let’s talk about it. A fresh idea? I’m all ears.

Before focusing entirely on National Accounts, I’ve had the chance to wear many different hats here—from managing our scheduling department to running marketing. But honestly, I’m thrilled to be dedicating all my energy to this amazing program because it’s such a powerhouse for our company.

We’re talking about 50% of Re-Bath’s total sales! That’s absolutely huge, and it means every single one of you plays a crucial role in generating leads, training associates, and maintaining those vital partnerships with our National accounts.

RE-BATH ARIZONA – National Accounts Team

Hi! I’m Jodi and I’m a people person all the way. I’m a self starter by nature. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My family moved frequently to accommodate my mom’s professional growth. I attended two junior high and four high schools so I embraced change early and learned to go with the flow to make life enjoyable.

I attended The University of Arizona – Bear Down and Go Cats! – where I got a BA in Communication. My first job was in nonprofit, and then I spent about 20 years in various sales roles. I worked in commercial building services, school nutrition, event planning and software. I’ve kept in touch with a lot of my customers, managers and coworkers, and many of them are close friends. I took a professional break several years ago for some much needed work-life balance. Since then, I’ve worked in hospitality, executive administration and retail, and had a blast. I’ve had a few Business Development and Brand Ambassador roles and I was excited to join the Re-Bath team!

I am always evolving and think it’s never too late, or too soon, to try something new and take a chance. My personal motto is “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.” -Arthur Ashe, Professional Tennis Player. My biggest influence has been my dad. He’s a hard worker with the best attitude, a zest for life and the most kind and generous person I’ve known.

In my free time, I’m hitting the gym for strength training, HIIT or Pilates. I love eating out at one of the many fantastic restaurants in Phoenix. I’m a big fan of concerts and festivals and seeing my favorite singers/bands live. I also love the outdoors – hiking, the beach, traveling… Some down time to recharge is always in the mix, too.

I’m Jake Echanove, Brand Ambassador Manager for the SE Arizona Territory, and I’m excited to be part of a group that continues to grow and make such a big impact at Re-Bath.

I got introduced to Re-Bath straight out of college as a Brand Ambassador, just like many of you. Within six months — and through quite a bit of turnover — I was promoted to Brand Ambassador Manager. Leadership is something I’ve leaned into, and now with Jessica being back, I’m confident we have everything we need to succeed and strengthen our National Accounts partnerships. As the corporate store, we set the standard — and I believe that means leading by example and delivering the highest quality of service not only to our customers but to our partners as well.

When it comes to my leadership style, I value collaboration, accountability, and trust. My goal is to give you the tools and support you need to thrive and then empower you to take ownership of your role. I want this team to be a place where ideas are shared, feedback is welcome, and where we push ourselves to grow while enjoying the process along the way.

On a personal note, I grew up in California and make it back often to visit friends. I’m adventurous at heart, whether it’s hiking, traveling, or trying out a new restaurant. I also love watching soccer — especially the women’s game — and keeping up with matches whenever I can. That said, I’m definitely more of an introvert when it comes to recharging, so outside of work I really enjoy smaller groups or just doing my own thing. During the week, though, I give this role my all.

Hi, my name is Andrew. I’m 27, and I was born and raised in Holland, a small town in Massachusetts. I would consider myself an introvert, but I enjoy talking and getting to know new people.

I grew up in the flooring industry, as my dad owns his own small business that we all had a part in. After obtaining my license at age 16, I was thrown into the world of customer service by being the sole salesperson in our flooring showroom. Over the many years I worked in that job, I learned what it took to be the happy, outgoing face that people want guiding and educating them through the journey of upgrading their home. This is where my love of talking to new people began.

After making the choice to relocate to Arizona, I came across the opportunity to work for Re-Bath through a phone call with Jake, who told me a little bit about the job. I was immediately intrigued due to the overlap it had with my previous job in flooring and the chance to meet many new and interesting people.

Now, as a full-time Brand Ambassador for Re-Bath, I’m absolutely loving all the interactions I’m having with new people that come with this job, and I’m looking forward to what the future has in store.

Born in North Dakota, I grew up in Saudi Arabia and went to high school in Arizona. I have traveled the world and lived in Korea, Japan, Brazil, and the Philippines. I went to high school in Arizona and college in Minnesota. After COVID, I came back to the States and am enjoying my time with Re-Bath.

Hello everyone! My name is Bryonna Walker!

I am 29 years old, and I was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. After my firstborn was born, we relocated to Phoenix about 10 years ago. I am a mother of four rambunctious boys and one very spoiled girl! I have been married to my high school sweetheart, and we have been together for 13 years.

Growing up in a smaller town and moving around all the time helped shape me into the outgoing people person I am today. I’ve never been scared to talk to anyone who will listen!

I have an extensive background in the automotive industry and customer service. I was an office manager for many years at a collision center here in the Valley, but after my last baby, I decided it was time to find a company I could grow with and make a permanent career out of. That is when I was introduced to Re-Bath by a friend who also works within the company.

I am very excited to begin this journey with you all and cannot wait to see the things we will achieve together in the future!

RE-BATH CHARLOTTE & RALEIGH- National Accounts Team

Hey Everyone, my name is Antonio. Originally from New York, moved down to North Carolina with my now fiancée and daughter in 2019.

While in New York I worked as a PA (Production Assistant) at a food photography company that did commercials for Wendy’s, McDonalds, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, LongHorns and many others. We decided to move down south to experience the southern hospitality and it has been an improvement in our quality of life.

Unfortunately, in 2020 I had to bring my mother to live with me and my family because she suffered from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. It’s become part of my identity because I had to take care of her for four years before she passed away December 5, 2024. I actually discovered Re-Bath because I needed to upgrade the shower area because it became increasingly difficult for her to bathe herself and her nurses had a difficult time as well. I learned quickly from a consumer’s perspective the value that Re-Bath has to offer and it’s very easy for me to talk about what this company has done for me personally and professionally.

I’ve been working in lead generation for the last six years. I love educating customers on Re-Bath, our process and the solutions we offer for our customers that actually take their remodel seriously. If the customer can dream it, we can do it!

For those who don’t know me, I have been with Re-Bath for five years, and most of that time has been as a Designer. I have three children: Jacob, Tracy, and Shauna, all over 30, and two grandsons, William, who is 2½, and Nathan, who is 4 months old. Their father, Daniel, and mother, Tracy, live in Victoria, Texas.

I have owned and managed many sales-related businesses over the years. I enjoy fishing and working on my home in Iron Station. My sisters and mother live in Texas and are everything to me. I love being a trainer and mentor for my team.

Hi everyone, I’m Crystal. I have been with Re-Bath for about seven months. I have two amazing girls. Chloe is 21 and has had an amazing personality for years. I also have a daughter, Kayle, who is 19.

I have my medical billing and coding certification. I have to say that I am a very outdoorsy person.

I’ve lived in North Carolina my whole life, except for two months when I lived in Tampa, Florida, and worked at a power company called PME. I was 21 at the time, and my aunt worked there as well.

I have an older sister, Amanda, and my parents have been together for 49 years. I have two dogs—one is mine, and the other belongs to both me and my boyfriend. One is a 13-year-old Yorkie named Snickers, and the other is a 3.5-year-old Old English Bulldog named Paisley. They are our kids.

My boyfriend, Jon, and I have been together for almost six years. He has two children, Jack and Bryce, who are 25 and 12.

I enjoy working on old cars, going hiking, seeing waterfalls, and traveling. I’ve been to Cancun, St. Maarten, Haiti, San Juan, and Nassau, Bahamas. I love the beach, clear water, and shelling is my favorite.

I have been in the Brand Ambassador experiential marketing industry for over 10 years, I think—lol, it’s been so long I’ve lost count. I’ve done it all, including lead generation, demos, sampling, guerrilla marketing, product specialist roles, and team building.

I’m simple and to the point, and I love enjoying life. I’m excited to see where Re-Bath takes me.

I’m Amanda, a wife, mother, (almost 10-year, ready-to-retire) first-grade teacher, and now, Brand Ambassador!

I have two grown sons. The oldest, Bryant, is currently working in Austria and the youngest, Cody, is enlisting in the Air Force and will be heading out in the fall.

My dog, PeeWee, and cat, DeSoto, are my “babies” I never got to spoil. They don’t have to grow up to be adults so I get to spoil them. I have pictures. Don’t ask if you don’t want to see them. 😳🤪

I enjoy most hobbies and projects from working on our 1940s-built home, dressing up in costumes or for pinup events, working on classic and rat rod cars with my family, painting, reading, writing, singing, dancing, eating interesting foods, and riding around with my husband, Jason – especially going fast!

I’m Dallas, and I’m 29. Nice to meet everyone! I have two kids—one is 9, and the other will be 1 on November 13. My oldest is Leslie, and my youngest is Arizona.

I have a lot of fun and enjoy our job, and I’m thankful for this opportunity. I’m a huge racing fan—a diehard race fan. I love Ryan Blaney and Dale Jr., and I hate that he’s retired. I’m also a Cowboys fan.

I’ve lived in Lincolnton, North Carolina, my whole life and love our little town. I was born and raised there. I love my town—go Wolves! I attended and graduated from Lincolnton High School in 2014.

Hey everyone, I’m blessed to be a part of the Re-Bath Brand Ambassador Charlotte Team and will have been part-time for seven months on November 18, 2025.

I’m married to the love of my life, and we have been together for 39 years. We have five adult children and one great-grandchild: Michael, 48; Kelly, 47; Jeff, 42; Nicholas III, 38; and Eleanor, 6 months old.

As you can see, I’m a Carolina Panthers fan from their first NFL season. I also played football from 1st grade through 12th grade. I wanted to play in college, but I chose another route and joined the U.S. Air Force. I enlisted on August 30, 1976, and received an early honorable discharge because my field, Continuous Photo Processing Specialist, was 100% overmanned.

RE-BATH GREENVILLE/ASHEVILLE- National Accounts Team

Hey guys! My name is Brooke Leaphart, and I am a Brand Ambassadors Manager. I’m excited to help lead and be a part of this amazing team.

A little about me: I have over 10 years of combined management and retail/sales experience. For the most part, I am laid back and easygoing. I do not micromanage, but I will always be here if you need me, and I will check in with you periodically. I want you to feel comfortable talking to me, expressing concerns and ideas, and knowing they will be met with an open mind and open ears. My goal in life every day is to always make everyone feel like a someone.

My favorite time of year has to be Christmas. From the twinkling lights to the fresh-baked cookies, I love the holidays and how much joy they bring. Outside of work, I am a wife and a dog mom. I also love to bake, and I run a small cupcake business called Bee Bee’s Cupcakes. I started it during COVID as a way to make people smile during such a rough and dreadful time.

My wife and I have been together a little over three years, and our official wedding is on December 6. We are so ready! We love to travel and go on adventures. Cruising is our favorite way to vacation, but a road trip is definitely a close second. Aurora is our pup’s name, but we call her Roro. I rescued her in 2019, and she has stolen the heart of everyone she comes in contact with ever since. She is the sweetest baby and just loves to cuddle and talk to you!

Hello! My name is Alayna, and I cover the Greenville area for Re-Bath as a Lead Generator/Brand Ambassador. I am excited to help promote the company and work my way up within it!

I have worked customer service jobs for more than two years. I have also dabbled in 3D modeling, coding, and interior décor, and it is very fun! Fun fact: I have actually done coding for a gaming website before. It was quite fun. I am also very artistic—I like to doodle and crochet. I am always jamming out to music, and I do have music all set up and ready for when I am working outside, so if you ever need any playlists or recommendations, just let me know!

I have the BEST snuggle buddy! Her name is Queenie, and she is a 2-year-old black-and-white tuxedo kitty! She is very soft and sweet in her own way. I do believe she loves my boyfriend more than she loves me, lol. My boyfriend and I have been together for two years and counting! We are also huge Halloween fans! They are both very big parts of my life.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me curled up on the couch with some coffee, yarn, an Xbox controller, or at my desk playing video games! I can talk about these subjects all day long, lol!

I always try to stay positive and happy! I joke around with anyone I can and do my best to make their day a little bit better. I love all of my stores, and it’s amazing seeing them smile!

Hey everyone! I’m Chesley. I grew up in South Carolina, then moved to Florida for several years, and now I’m back!

I’ve had multiple sales positions over the years, with the most relevant being in the flooring and bathroom remodeling industry. I worked with multiple installers over the years, and I’m thrilled that the Re-Bath team has its own well-trained installation team to help projects go more smoothly. I’ve loved learning about this company and the passion I’m seeing from everyone I’ve met and spoken to. Y’all truly care, and it shows! We are going to do great things here!

On a personal note, I have a dog and a cat that are my world, and I enjoy hiking, live music, concerts, and singing in the choir at church.
