WORK LINKS & PROCESSES

Here, you’ll get an inside look at a day in the life of a Brand Ambassador. You’ll learn which work links and apps you’ll use regularly, what they’re used for, and the proper processes for handling various tasks.

Check your calendar. Confirm you’re heading to the right store before you leave.

Log your starting mileage. Write it down or snap a quick picture of your odometer in your car.

Clock in when you arrive. The one exception: if your store is 60 minutes or more from your home, you can clock in for your drive time.

Notify the manager on duty. As soon as you walk in, let them know you’ve arrived.

Confirm your setup spot. Ask the manager where they’d like you to set up your table. Once you get to know your stores, you’ll know exactly where you’re allowed to set up and can skip this step.

Share your goals. Let the manager know how long you’ll be there and what your lead goals are for the day. For example: “I’m here to get you two quality scheduled appointments for Monarch Kitchens today!”

Offer quick PKs. Let them know you’re available to give 5-minute Monarch PKs to any associate who needs a refresher, and ask them to send associates over to your table.

Check in on Teams. Post a quick picture of your table and your goals for the day in your Teams group chat.

Know your daily goals. Your mission each day is to generate leads, set quality appointments, and PK a minimum of 2 associates.

Prep your display and brochures. If your store has a display, give it a clean and stock it with brochures.

Walk the floor every hour. Take about 10 minutes each hour to walk around. This is your chance to chat with customers who don’t pass by your table and to find associates for PKs.

Complete your lead steps. As you gather leads and set appointments, be sure to finish all the steps listed on the Lead Generation page.

Send your End of Day Report. Right before you pack up and leave, post your report in the Teams End of Day Report chat. Include your store number, the number of leads, set appointments, PKs, and any pictures from your PKs.

Pack up and clock out. Load your gear into your car, then clock out. The exception: if your drive home is more than 60 minutes, you can stay clocked in for the drive.

Log your miles. Once you’re home, log into UKG and record the miles you drove for the day.
