Meet Re-Bath, our sister company and our go-to crew for bathroom remodeling! We’re proud to be nationally contracted with Lowe’s, which means every single Re-Bath franchise across the country handles Lowe’s bathroom remodeling services. We’ve also teamed up with Home Depot for bathroom remodeling across our corporate stores.
Think about that for a second. Two of the biggest, most competitive home improvement retailers out there both picked us as their bathroom remodeling partner. That’s beyond impressive!

What bathroom remodeling services do we provide?

How does the process work?

Monarch & Re-Bath
For our corporate stores in Arizona, Charlotte, and Greenville/Asheville, Re-Bath is the bathroom service provider for both The Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Monarch is now the kitchen service provider for all Lowe’s stores in Arizona, Charlotte, and Greenville/Asheville.
This means that in a Lowe’s store, a customer may be able to complete both services through Monarch and Re-Bath.
In a Home Depot store, the only service we provide is bathroom remodeling.
What’s the same between our two companies:
- Our lead-setting team supports both.
- Our admin staff supports both.
- Our National Accounts management team supports both.
What’s different between our two companies:
- We have dedicated kitchen designers, which means a Re-Bath designer cannot sell kitchens.
- We have dedicated Brand Ambassador Managers and Brand Ambassadors in stores who are trained specifically to represent and support Monarch.
What happens if a customer is interested in both services?
- First, determine the customer’s priority: bathroom or kitchen.
- Schedule the priority appointment first.
- After that appointment takes place, our lead setting team will schedule the second service for its free in-home consultation.
- Both the kitchen designer and the bathroom designer will be informed that they are working with the same customer. This allows them to coordinate and discuss design plans if needed.
Working Together as One National Accounts Team
Even though Re-Bath and Monarch Kitchens are separate services, we’re all part of one big National Accounts team—and we want to work closely together to make the most of it!
Better together in the stores
Re-Bath and Monarch BAs will often overlap at the same stores on the same days—and that’s a great thing! Have fun working together as a team and building a little camaraderie while generating leads!
An extra little bonus
We love rewarding teamwork, so here’s a fun perk to keep things simple:
- Re-Bath BAs earn a $50 bonus for generating a qualifying kitchen lead for Monarch that runs.
- Monarch BAs earn a $50 bonus for generating a qualifying bath lead for Re-Bath that runs.
Now, a quick note on why the bonus applies only when a lead runs—not when it sells. Each business handles its own payroll based on its own sales. Once a sale is created in our system, it’s assigned to that business’s segment (for example, a kitchen sale goes under Monarch), and the revenue flows into that business’s payroll. Because of this, we’re able to reward you for the run, but not the sale. Either way, you’re helping a teammate win!
Special note: Your top priority is generating kitchen leads. If bathrooms come up naturally in conversation, that’s a great opportunity to pursue the additional Re-Bath Bonus. Otherwise, avoid bringing up bathrooms with every customer. Overemphasizing bathrooms could pull focus away from Monarch Kitchens primary goals.
Let’s build something great
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: create tight-knit National Accounts teams where we support each other, cross-train, and even help each other land more leads. When we work together, everybody wins—and so do our stores. Let’s do this!
